The goods always travel at the customer's own risk. Unless otherwise specified by the buyer, we consider ourselves authorized to ship the goods by the means deemed most appropriate Complaints are not accepted unless raised within 8 days of receipt of the goods and returns must be authorized. Delivery delays, including those caused by strikes, cannot give the right to a claim for compensation from the customer or to payment extensions. Any delay or irregularity gives the right to immediate termination of the contract. Any dispute is the competent court of Como.
